Start with dependable support, add 24/7 Zero Trust security, then the governance and NIST-mapped evidence that auditors, examiners and insurers expect. Every plan is quoted to fit your organization.
Essentials
Dependable, proactive managed IT.
For organizations that need reliable support and a well-run Microsoft 365.
What is the difference between managed IT and break-fix support?
Break-fix means you pay when something goes wrong, so your provider earns more when things break. With managed IT you pay a predictable monthly fee and we are paid to prevent problems through monitoring, patching and security, not to fix them after the fact.
Can you work alongside our internal IT person or team?
Yes. We often provide co-managed IT, giving your in-house team our security tooling, 24/7 monitoring and specialist engineers while they keep ownership of day-to-day support.
What does Zero Trust actually mean for us?
Zero Trust replaces "inside the network means trusted" with a check on every request. Before anyone reaches email, files or apps, we confirm who they are with strong MFA, check that their device is managed and healthy, and grant only the access their role needs. If an account or laptop is compromised, the damage stays contained.
Do we have to comply with NIST?
The NIST Cybersecurity Framework is voluntary for most private organizations, but it has become the common reference for boards, cyber insurers and larger customers. Defense contractors handling Controlled Unclassified Information must meet NIST SP 800-171, which CMMC builds on, and NYDFS-regulated firms must meet Part 500. We assess where you stand and give you a realistic plan to lift your maturity.
Is our Microsoft 365 really secure out of the box?
Not fully. Many important protections, such as blocking legacy sign-ins, Conditional Access, audit alerting and DMARC enforcement, need to be configured. Our Microsoft 365 security review shows exactly where your tenant stands against the CIS and CISA SCuBA baselines.
Where is our Microsoft 365 data stored?
Microsoft 365 tenants set up in the United States store core customer data, including Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint and OneDrive files, in Microsoft's US datacenters.
How does onboarding work?
We start with an audit of your environment, document everything, deploy our monitoring and security tools, and bring your systems up to our Zero Trust baseline. You get a clear report on what we found and what we changed.
Security review
Let's talk about your IT and security.
Our security review assesses your environment against NIST CSF 2.0 and Zero Trust best practice, ranks the biggest risks and gives you a practical, costed plan to fix them, in plain English.
